Pkm-K Usaha Matani Jaya (Mahasiswa Tani Jasa Sayur Segar) Vertikultur dan Komersialisasi Berbasis Aplikasi

Usaha Matani Jaya adalah suatu agribisnis yang didirikan oleh sekelompok mahasiswa berwirausaha Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo dengan cara membudidayakan tanaman sayur segar menggunakan teknik vertikultur sistem irigasi tetes. Sistem pemasaran dilakukan secara langsung dan menggunakan aplikasi website. PKM-K Matani Jaya dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) bulan. Produksi dilakukan di lahan kampus II Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo. Kegiatan Matani Jaya meliputi produksi sayur segar mencakup caisim, pakchoy, kangkung dan bayam menggunakan sistem vertikultur irigasi tetes, pengemasan produk dan pemasaran berbasis aplikasi. Dalam manajemen usaha, pengelolaan dilakukan oleh anggota tim PKM-K Matani Jaya. Hasil kegiatan ini, kami telah memproduksi 188 ikat produk sayur segar mencakup jenis pakchoy, caisim, kangkung dan bayam. Produk sayur Matani Jaya dijual dengan harga Rp 5.000/ ikat (netto 250 g/ ikat). Total penerimaan dalam 1 kali produksi sebesar Rp 300.000 dan setelah dikurangi total biaya produksi Rp 167.500 diperoleh pendapatan dengan nilai Rp 132.500. Berdasarkan perhitungan kelayakan usaha, nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,79 yang berarti usaha ini menjanjikan potensi keuntungan dan layak dijalankan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan meliputi: Usaha Matani Jaya (Mahasiswa Tani Jasa Sayur Segar) mampu meningkatkan kreativitas serta mengasah kemampuan berpikir mahasiswa untuk berinovasi, membantu masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan khususnya produk sayur segar menggunakan sistem aplikasi pemasaran yang praktis dan harga produk terjangkau.
