Pemberdayaan Kelompok Mitra Tani dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata Desa Erelembang melalui Pengembangan Kawasan Agroedu-Wisata Unggulan Berwawasan Lingkungan Berbasis Masyarakat Lokal Yang Berkelanjutan

Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab permasalahan rendahnya produktivitas pertanian serta terbatasnya kapasitas pemasaran digital pada sektor wisata Desa Erelembang. Kegiatan bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan hardskill petani dan pengelola wisata melalui penerapan teknologi irigasi, pembuatan pupuk organik, serta pengelolaan destinasi wisata berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, workshop, serta praktikum lapangan yang melibatkan 40 anggota Kelompok Tani Sumber Jaya dan 15 anggota Kelompok Sadar Wisata Tana Turi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes pemahaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan hardskill petani sebesar 70%, tercermin dari kemampuan mengoperasikan irigasi silinder pori dan memproduksi pupuk organik. Produktivitas padi meningkat 50–75%, sedangkan pemasaran digital meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung wisata sebesar 30%. Softskill pengelola wisata meningkat 65% pada aspek pelayanan dan manajemen destinasi. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan pelatihan terstruktur mampu memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi serta keberlanjutan usaha masyarakat desa.
