Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak objek wisata rumah apung terhadap pendapatan taksi perahu di danau tempe kabupaten wajo provinsi sulawesi selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan metode wawancara (berupa kata-kata, gambar atau perilaku), dan tidak dituangkan dalam bentuk bilangan atau angka statistik, melainkan dengan memberikan paparan atau penggambaran mengenai situasi atau kondisi yang diteliti dalam bentuk uraian naratif. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu supir taksi perahu yang ada di Danau Tempe, Kecematan Tempe, Kabupaten Wajo, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara yang dipandu dengan kuesioner yang telah diperisapkan terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pendapatan taksi perahu terhadap objek wisata rumah apung di Danau Tempe mencapai Rp. 200.000 - Rp. 300.000 perbulan. Jumlah tarif taksi perahu yang diberikan kepada wisatawan berkisar Rp. 10.000 perorang dengan jumlah penumpang maksimal 5 - 7 orang per perahu. Para penyedia layanan taksi perahu menyediakan fasilitas berupa pelampung, kursi turis, dan juru bahasa bagi wisatawan yang berasal negera asing. Jumlah pendapatan taksi perahu dapat berubah pada waktu tertentu terutama pada saat banjir dan kenaikan tarif BBM..Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini membutikan bahwa layanan taksi perahu layak untuk dijalankan dan menguntungkan.
