Alpukat (Persea americana) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang memiliki potensi pasar yang sangat baik di Indonesia, baik untuk konsumsi langsung maupun produk olahan lainnya. Salah satu teknik yang banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman alpukat adalah pembibitan sambung pucuk. Teknik ini dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan tanaman dan menghasilkan tanaman dengan kualitas unggul, yang memiliki ketahanan lebih baik terhadap penyakit dan lebih adaptif terhadap lingkungan. Karya Mandiri Farm, yang berlokasi di Desa Sidomakmur, Kecamatan Tana Lili, Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha pembibitan sambung pucuk alpukat pada Karya Mandiri Farm dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT, dengan menganalisa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman yang dijadikan landasan dalam menentukan strategi pengembangan usaha yang tepat. Penetuan sample menggunakan metode Consecutive Sampling dilakukan untuk memenuhi kriteria penelitian hingga waktu tertentu. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan maka perlu menganalisa faktor internal dan eksternal yang terdiri dari matriks IFE( Internal Vaktor Evaluations) dan EFE (Internal Vaktor Evaliations). Penggunaan matriks IFE dan EFE bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam memetakan faktor- faktor dari dalam usaha dan diluar usaha yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan usaha Karya Mandiri Farm. Gabungan informasi IFE(Internal Vaktor Evaluations) dan EFE (Internal Vaktor Evaliations) disebut dengan matriks IE (Internal dan Eksternal) matriks ini merupakan hasil kesimpulan yang menentukan posisi perusahaan saat ini berdasarkan data- data dan informasi yang telah di petakan dan di olah sebelumnya, sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan strategi usaha yang tepat di terapkan pada usaha Karya Mandiri Farm terdapat pada kuadran 1 strategi tumbuh dan kembangkan dengan memperkuat branding usaha dan meningkatkan jaringan di masyarakat.
