Sikap mental petani di desa Jirenne dalam menjalankan roda pertanian sering dihalangi oleh karena tidak adanya infrastruktur dalam hal ini jalan, dimana belum bisa digunakan oleh para petani untuk dapat menjual hasil pertanian mereka, begitupun juga keadaan adat yang menjadi pedoman hidup masyarakat Desa Jirenne serta perintah untuk tidak boleh melanggar adat tersebut. Kebersamaan dan sikap saling membantu dalam masyarakat tani untuk ikut serta membantu sesama masyarakat dalam bercocok tanam guna memanfaatkan lahan yang kosong untuk bertani. Pelaksanaan pertanian oleh masyarakat Desa Jirenne dalam hal ini para petani sudah memberi dampak yang positif bagi perkembangan pemikiran masyarakat dalam bidang pertanian dimana sudah adanya pengetahuan mengelola tanah yang kosong untuk dijadikan sebagai temapt bercocok tanam sehingga dari perubahan seperti inilah maka akan membuat masyarakat bisa maju dan sejahtera khusunya dalam bidang pertanian
