Pengaruh Aplikasi Auksin sebagai Inhibitor Organogenesis Biji Buah Naga (Hylocereus polyrhizus) Secara In Vitro

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Aplikasi Auksin sebagai Inhibitor Organogenesis Biji Buah Naga (Hylocereus polyrhizus) secara In Vitro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Fakultas Pertanian Kampus 2 Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo, Jl Lamaranginang, Kelurahan Salubulo, Kecamatan Wara Utara, Kota Palopo. Waktu Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Mei 2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Rancangan Acak Lengkap. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, sehingga dalam penelitian ini terdapat 15 unit percobaan. Adapun perlakuan dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut : P0 tanpa perlakuan (Kontrol), P1 (0,1 ppm NAA + 3 ppm BAP), P2 (0,2 ppm NAA + 3 ppm BAP), P3 (0,3 ppm NAA + 3 ppm BAP), P4 (0,4 ppm NAA + 3 ppm BAP). Hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa pemberian hormon auksin dan sitokinin tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Waktu muncul akar dan waktu muncul tunas tercepat pada perlakuan P2 (0,2 ppm NAA + 3 ppm BAP). Perlakuan terbaik ditujukan pada perlakuan P0 tanpa perlakuan (kontrol) yaitu dengan tinggi tunas rata-rata 1,27 cm.
