Kelayakan Kombinasi Media Limbah Jerami dan Serbuk Gergaji serta POC Kulit Pisang Kepok dalam Budidaya Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus ostreatus)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan kombinasi media limbah Jerami dan serbuk gergaji sebagai media tanam jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) dengan variasi dosis POC kulit pisang kapok sebagai salah satu sumber nutrisinya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan Percobaan I Fakultas Pertanian Kampus II Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo, pada bulan Agustus—Oktober 2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dan setiap ulangan memiliki 2 sampel. Perlakuan yang diterapkan antara lain P0 = Kontrol (Jerami 1000 g), P1 = Serbuk gergaji 150 g + jerami 850 g + bekatul 250 g + kapur 250 g + pupuk organik cair kulit pisang kepok 100 ml/baglog, P2 = Serbuk gergaji 300 g + jerami 700 gram + bekatul 250 g + kapur 250 g + pupuk organik cair kulit pisang kepok 100 ml/baglog, P3 = Serbuk gergaji 450 g + jerami 550 g + bekatul 250 g + kapur 250 g + pupuk organik cair kulit pisang kepok100 ml/baglog, P4 = Serbuk gergaji 600 g + jerami 400 gram + bekatul 250 g + kapur 250 g + pupuk organik cair kulit pisang kepok 100 ml/baglog, P5 = Serbuk gergaji 750 g + jerami 250 g + bekatul 250 g + kapur 250 g +pupuk organik cair kulit pisang kepok 100 ml/baglog. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan pengaruh nyata terhadap berat basah, jumlah jamur, diameter tudung, dan diameter tubuh jamur.
