Determinasi Kepuasan Mitra terhadap Keputusan Repeat Order Produk Komersil di Perum Bulog Kantor Cabang Palopo

Penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi determinasi kepuasan mitra terhadap keputusan repeat order produk komersil di Perum BULOG Kantor Cabang Palopo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan lokasi kajian di Perum Bulog Kantor Cabang Palopo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara terhadap pegawai BULOG, serta wawancara dan survei kepada 25 mitra produk komersil yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data statistik dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 melalui metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa uji parsial terhadap kualitas produk, harga produk, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki dampak positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan repeat order. Sedangkan variabel ketersediaan barang menunjukkan koefisien negatif sehingga tidak signifikan secara statistik. Secara simultan menunjukkan nilai F hitung > F tabel yakni 6,906 > 2,25 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < α = 0,10, sehingga keempat variabel independen tersebut terbukti berpengaruh nyata terhadap keputusan repeat order dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 58%, sedangkan 42% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.
