Respon Pemberian Zpt Giberelin dan Limbah Air Ikan pada Media Arang Kayu terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Anggrek Cattleya (Cattleya sp. Lindl.)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pemberian zpt giberelin dan limbah air ikan pada media arang kayu terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman anggrek cattleya. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Rumah Anggrek Kampus 2 Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo pada bulan maret sampai april 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang dilakukan dengan 4 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 12 unit percobaan. P0 = Tanpa perlakuan, P1= Media arang kayu 150 gram dan ZPT giberelin 50 ml serta limbah air ikan 50 ml/tanaman, P2 = Media arang kayu 150 gram dan ZPT giberelin 100 ml serta limbah air ikan 100 ml/tanaman, P3 = Media arang kayu 150 gram dan ZPT giberelin 150 ml serta limbah air ikan 150 ml/tanaman. Hasil penelitian pemberian zpt giberelin dan limbah air ikan pada media arang kayu terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman anggrek cattleya menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ZPT giberelin dan limbah air ikan pada media arang kayu memberikan hasil yang tidak berpengaruh nyata pada parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang dan lebar daun. Dosis terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman ditunjukkan pada P2 dengan nilai rata-rata 16,7 cm. Parameter jumlah daun terbaik ditunjukkan oleh P3 dengan nilai rata-rata 3,30 helai. Parameter diameter batang terbaik ditunjukkan oleh P3 dengan nilai ratarata 3,90 cm. Selanjutnya parameter lebar daun terbaik ditunjukkan oleh P3 dengan nilai rata-rata 4,30 cm. Hal ini diduga karena penggunaan ZPT dan limbah air ikan pada media arang kayu mengandung unsur hara yang dibutuhkan sehingga mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman anggrek menjadi lebih optimal.
