Respon Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Tomat (Solanum Lycopersicum) terhadap Aplikasi Pupuk Organik Cair Berbasis Lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) berbahan dasar lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Manunggal Karya, Kecamatan Randangan, Kabupaten Pohuwato pada bulan September hingga Desember 2025, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan konsentrasi POC lamtoro (0, 10, 20 dan 30 ml/L) dengan tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang dan bobot buah per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC daun lamtoro tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun pada umur 14 hari setelah tanam (HST), namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 28 dan 42 HST, jumlah daun pada umur 28 HST, serta diameter batang dan bobot buah tanaman tomat. Perlakuan P3 (30 mL L⁻¹) memberikan hasil terbaik dengan menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 100,58 cm, jumlah daun 10,58 helai, diameter batang 10,01 mm, dan bobot buah 421,65 g tanaman⁻¹. Peningkatan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman diduga berkaitan dengan kandungan nitrogen, fosfor, dan kalium dalam POC daun lamtoro yang mendukung proses fotosintesis, pembentukan jaringan vegetatif, dan translokasi fotosintat ke buah. Dengan demikian, pemberian POC daun lamtoro pada konsentrasi 30 mL L⁻¹ dapat direkomendasikan sebagai konsentrasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat pada kondisi penelitian ini.
