Penguatan Soft skill Komunikasi Bahasa Mandarin melalui Role play untuk Mendukung Kompetensi Mahasiswa dalam Menghadapi Tren Bisnis Digital

Perkembangan bisnis digital global menuntut sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lintas budaya dan lintas bahasa. Bahasa Mandarin menjadi salah satu bahasa internasional yang memiliki peran penting dalam sektor perdagangan digital, e-commerce, dan investasi. Namun, mahasiswa Program Studi Bisnis Digital STMIK Kharisma masih mengalami kendala dalam penggunaan bahasa Mandarin secara aktif, khususnya dalam konteks komunikasi bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan soft skill komunikasi bahasa Mandarin mahasiswa melalui metode role play yang kontekstual dan aplikatif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan komunikasi Mandarin bisnis digital, simulasi role play, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Sebanyak 20 mahasiswa mengikuti kegiatan yang berlangsung selama enam kali pertemuan pada bulan Juni hingga Agustus tahun 2026. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan kepercayaan diri, kemampuan menggunakan kosakata bisnis digital, serta kemampuan melakukan simulasi komunikasi dengan mitra bisnis. Metode role play yang diaplikasikan berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi bahasa Mandarin yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja digital. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap penguatan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi persaingan global.
