Author Guidelines
1. General Information
Agency Journal of Management and Business (AJMB) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published by Pustaka Digital Indonesia. The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies in the field of management and business sciences.
Manuscripts must be written in English, prepared according to the official AJMB template, and submitted through the online submission system at the journal’s website.
2. Manuscript Preparation
All manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), single-column layout, and follow the structure outlined below.

Font type: Times New Roman for main text and Cambria for abstract and certain sections as specified

3. Manuscript Structure
a. Title

Written in English, a maximum of 15 words.

Font: Times New Roman, 16 pt, Bold, Centered.

Avoid abbreviations and unnecessary words.

b. Author(s) Name and Affiliation

Author names are written in Times New Roman, 9 pt, Bold, without abbreviations.

Affiliation includes name of university/institution written in Times New Roman, 9 pt, centered under the author’s name.

Include email address (preferably institutional email).

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether the practice of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility affects the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks. The research applies a quantitative approach using annual report data from 2014 to 2018. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to measure the relationship strength between two variables. The findings show that social expenditure by banks has no significant impact on financial performance.

This section provides the background, problem statement, research rationale, and objectives. It should also include relevant literature review and the research hypothesis (if any).

This section discusses relevant theories and empirical studies supporting the research concept. Hypotheses (if any) should be derived from theoretical and empirical reviews.

Explain the research design, scope, data collection methods, research variables, and data analysis techniques used.

5. Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.).

6. Ethical Considerations
Authors must comply with publication ethics as stated in the journal’s Publication Ethics Policy. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. Manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software, and any work exceeding 25% similarity will be automatically rejected.
7. Submission and Publication Fee
There is no submission fee. Authors whose articles are accepted for publication are required to pay a publication fee as stated on the journal website (see Author Fees section).
8. Review Process
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The editorial decision will be based on the reviewers’ recommendations.
9. Copyright and License
Upon acceptance, authors retain copyright and agree to publish under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.
